Translation help, marriage certificate

Greetings,

I am trying to translate the attached marriage record for Giuseppe Spedale and Leonarda Vuggica. I've gotten pretty much everything, but the documentation at the bottom. The handwriting is giving me fits (please cross your t's!). Can anyone help with the translation?

It's about the posting of banns, and the consent of parents. Nothing special.
