Is this a late birth registration for an Arturo Boragine, #8?

Correct!
On Oct 26 1901
Giuseppe Boragine, 51yo, photographer, declared that on Nov 28 1883, his legitimate wife, Maria Concetta Angelica Del Grosso gave birth to a male child who was baptized with the name Arturo.
The late registration was authorized by the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere on Sep 27 1901

How often and why did this late of a registration happen? I was trying to make out the dates and thought it did say 1883. Giuseppe and Concetta had 5 kids after Arturo, including my great grandmother Nerina. They all seemed to be registered within days. I just happened to spot this looking for who I know of as the youngest Silvia. I was starting to wonder if he was born elsewhere and the ship manifest was incorrect. Lines 1, 6 & 8 listed Leonilda born in Sessa Aurunca?, Giuseppa born in Naples and Arturo in Teano. I dont know why it says m for Leonilda. I found their Uncle who was listed as their relative here in the US.

Thank you for your translation Livio.

Is there anything else of importance in either page? My great grandmother Nerina's siblings mostly seem to have via santa maria de foris in their birth records. I haven't found much on their parents Giuseppe and Concetta yet, I believe they stayed in Italy. The oldest child I know of is the Giuseppa/Giuseppina, who a ship manifest lists born in Napoli ~1877. Giuseppe seems to be b ~1850-1854 from childrens births records I've found. I believe Giuseppe had siblings Gaetano b ~1857, Pietro b ~1860 and Anna b 1863. So far I've found Anna's Atti Di Nati and someone had Pietros marriage. I haven't really started searching for the boys yet. Gaetano and Anna's death records here in the US list Michele Boragine and Grazia Rossi as parents I just found their Atti Di Morte.
