December 27, 1899 at the town hall in Orsogna appeared Giulia Polidoro, age 30, midwife, domiciled in Orsogna, who declared that at 12 p.m. on December 26, in the home in Sezione Campagna, Maria Marzolino, wife of Raffaele Laerzio, both farmers who domiciled in Orsogna, gave birth to a female child who was presented to me and to whom was given the name of Teresa.

Witnesses were Luigi Tenaglia, age 50, farmer, and Luca Pace, age 70, farmer, both residents of Orsogna.
The declarant reported the birth because she assisted in the birth and because Marzolino’s husband was unable to do it because he was absent.
