September 5, 1904 at town hall in Orsogna appeared Giulia Polidoro, age 35, midwife, domiciled in Orsogna, who declared that at 1 a.m. on September 4, in the home at Vico Sesto Corso Orientale, Maria Marzolino, farmer, wife of Raffaele Learzio, both residents of Orsogna, gave birth to a female child who was presented to me and to whom was given the name of Nicola.

Witnesses were Vincenzo Mastrocola, age 41, farmer, and Rocco d’Alleva, age 35, farmer, both residents of Orsogna. The declarant reported the birth because she assisted in the birth and husband of Marzolino could not report it because he was far from town.
