March 9, 1910 at town hall in Ari, appeared Diogene Laerzio, age 60, farmer, domiciled in Ari, and Nicola Viani, age 56, farmer, domiciled in Ari, who declared that at 1:05 a.m. on March 8, in the home at #146 Borgo San Pietro, Vitalina Passeri died, age 20 months, farmer, resident of Ari, born in Ari, daughter of Vitale (Passeri), farmer, resident of Ari, and of Elisabetta Laerzio, resident of Ari.

Witnesses were Carmine Iacomini, age 60, farmer and Tommaso Balzano, age 39, farmer, both residents of Ari.
