April 16, 1908 at town hall in Ari appeared Rocco Laerzio, age 21, farmer, domiciled in Ari, who declared that at 5:10 a.m. on April 16, in the home at #293 Via Sant’Antonio, Luisa Angelucci, daughter of Tommaso (Angelucci), his wife, a farmer who lives with him, gave birth to a female child who was presented to me and to whom was given the name of Maria Filomena, and who is the twin of the child in the preceding act.

Witnesses were Antonio Oliva, son of deceased Ciriaco, age 44, pasta maker, and Filippo di Luca, son of deceased Pietro, age 45, blacksmith, both residents of Ari.

The declarant affirmed that this child was the second of the twins to be born.
