Can someone please translate what I think is the death of Andrea Roccamatisi?

The only index for this record is the one in the front of the church book, and it is hard to read because of water damage

I think that this is the same Andrea Roccamatisi that got married in 1616 (in this record: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cc=2046915)

But I'm not sure, these older records are hard to read.
