Translation of Death Registry for Vincenzo Mancini

Post by italianmom »

Please translate the following death registry:

http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it ... 5.jpg.html

Image 90. Is his the entry on the right or the left? It is very difficult to read.

Please provide the Registry date; date, time and place of death; names of parents, spouse, witnesses with their ages, occupations and where they lived.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

December 15, 1825 in Orsogna, appeared Francesco Paolo Mancini, age 53, farmer, domiciled in this comune at Villa da Capo, “brother cousin” of the deceased, and Rocco Carullo, age 36, farmer, domiciled in this comune, an acquaintance of the deceased, who declared today, in his home, Vincenzo Mancini died, age 36, husband of Serafina Galante, born in Orsogna, domiciled in Orsogna, son of deceased Pasquale Mancini, farmer, resident of Orsogna, and of deceased Anna Domenica Gifonetti?, domiciled in Orsogna.

*I believe brother cousin probably means a first cousin here. I have heard it said that it also can mean brothers of the same mother whose fathers were brothers.
