November 11, 1847 before comune officials in Orsogna appeared Luigi dell Penna, age 34, farmer, domiciled here on Strada dell Villa della Piedi, who presented a female child and declared that the child was born to Camilla d’Alleva, his legitimate wife, age 26, farmer, domiciled with him, and the declarant. The child was born on the above date at 10 o’clock Italian hours (about 4 a.m.) in their home and was given the name of Concezia.

Witnesses were Nicolò Desiderio, farmer, age 40, domiciled in Orsogna, on Strada della Villa da Piedi and Giovanni Tenaglia, farmer, age 60, domiciled in Orsogna on the same street.

On the right margin it indicates that Concezia della Penna was baptized on November 11, 1852 in the Parish of San Nicola di Bari.
