April 18, 1846 at town hall in Orsogna appeared Antonio Iacomini, age 34, farmer, domiciled in Orsogna in Strada della Villa da Piedi, who presented a male child and declared that it was born on that day at 5:00 Italian hours (about 11 p.m.) to Maria Speranza di Benedetto, his legitimate wife, age 30, a farmer who lives with him, and to the declarant. The child was given the name of Filippo.

Witnesses were Camillo d’Angelo, age 56, manufacturer, and Raffaele Griffonetti, age 42, farmer, both residents of Orsogna on the above-named street.

Filippo Iacomini was baptized on April 18 in the Parish of San Nicola di Bari.

Thank you!
Up until recently all of the times of birth/death/marriage didn't state Italian hours vs U.S. hours. Am I to assume that all the previously stated times were Italian hours?

I don't know the answer to that. Italian hours were used in the Kingdom of Naples, but phased out during the 19th century. I don't know when modern time keeping entered the records for individual comunes.
