Can someone please translate the death registration of Teresa Cocchiola (Left document)? I'm having trouble with the mother and father's names, in particular.

The witnesses made the declaration of the death of the late Teresa Cocchiola, age 70, farmer, daughter of the deceased couple Dore (Cocchiola) and Caterina Vitto, wife of deceased Giuseppe Giordano, domiciled at Frigento on Vico San Rocco behind the cathedral, having left a surviving daughter by the name of Camill’Antonia (Giordano).
