Good Morning,
I am trying to locate some birth records of my relatives. I've tried writing to the town, tried writing to the church in town, and have had no response. My question is do the state archives have birth and marriage records I could write for?

The State Archives now have a statement on their website (antenati) that they do not issue copies of records.
What town are you having trouble with? Many towns are open only for urgent matters, births and deaths mainly due to the pandemic.
