Passenger list SS Canopic arrived Boston 16 SEP 1913

I have record that a cousin, Leone Tranchida, was on board, arrived in Boston 16SEP1913 on board SS Canopic. I know this only from the index of passengers. Can you find the detailed "passenger list" for this voyage? The index list does tell me Leone's destination was Toledo, Ohio, but the more detailed passenger list will show more details, in particular who in Toledo was his contact/who in Toledo he was received by, what their relationship was (cousin for example), possibly address in Toledo of this contact, and so on. Can you help me? The National Archives office in US supposedly houses this information, but I can not find a way to navigate the National Archives system far enough to view microfilm of these passenger lists.
