I'd say your third cousin.
You share one couple of GGGparents, i.e. 1/8 of your genetic heritage.
Your father and his third cousin do the same, and you have 1/2 of your father's genetic heritage, so, you and your father's 3rd cousin share 1/16.
But this is just a reasoning of mine, maybe someone more expert in this field can shed more light on the question.
