Help with information on Baglio's from Corleone

Post by italian059 »

I am wondering if anyone could help me find a record or two. I have a copy of a baptismal for my 3rd great grandfather, Vito Baglio. He was born in 1777 to Mariano Baglio and Ignazia Misseri. I have a copy of their wedding record. On their marriage record it states Mariano's parents were Vincenzo Baglio and Maria. Doesn't seem to have a last name on the record for Maria. They were married in 1775. According to Italian tradition the first son would be named after the grandfather, Vincenzo. I cannot seem to find a copy of Mariano's birth/baptismal record nor a marriage record on Vincenzo and Maria. Wondering if anyone could help. I am attaching links to Vito's record and Mariano's wedding record. Any info would be appreciated.

The Baglio family could have been from a parish other than San Martino.
