Nicola Agostino, son of the deceased Francesco, 40 yo, bovaro (herdsman/oxdriver), living in Gioiosa, reported that at 3.30 pm, on 18 January 1894, in the house in Contrada S. Nicola?, from his wife, Maria Caterina Albanese? daughter of Giuseppe, a “donna di casa” (domestic), living with him, was born a baby boy who he presented to the official and named Natale.
