I believe her husband is Antonio. I can't decipher his surname. Yes, his name is Antonio Calcagni
Daughter Francesca Antonia - yes, plus a third name, Francesca - Antonia - Marianna?

This sure is some script!!! The mother is not Isabella Macari. I believe her name is Isabella Massari.

Not sure whether you still need the translation but here are the vital details:

Registered 31 October 1809 and born the same day in Roccaguglielma

Appearing was Antonio Calcagni, calzolaio (cobbler), 40 yo, living in this town. He presented a baby girl who he reported was born from his legitimate wife Isabella Massari (not Mascari) The baby was given three names – Francesca, Antonia, Marianna?
