The reason why you can't see the mother's name is because it is on top of page 2.

I'm reading that Rosa Farina was born on 24 February 1833, in Maddaloni and that her parents were Antonio Farina, 22 yo and Caterina Mandato, Antonio's legitimate wife, also 22 yo, a filatrice.
