Translation of Death Record

Post by nhmarsh »

I've included the link to the death record of Pietro Paganucci. The first page was missing from the scanned documents. I would like assistance in translating this document. I had trouble trying to translate the information pertianing to Pietro. The Informant was Francesco, do the other names, Pietro Paganucci and Fiona Pasquinelli, mean they were his parents. Also who was Maria Guilia Puccetti.

Thanks,
Nancy

The deceased is Giovanni Pio Fortunato Giuseppe Paganucci, aged 3days. Date of death 15 Feb 1866. Son of Francesco Paganucci (the declarant) and of Maria Giulia Puccetti. Francesco, aged 50, was the son of Pietro Paganucci and Fiora Pasquinelli, both deceased.
The birth record of Giovanni Pio Fortunato Giuseppe Paganucci is here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cc=2043811
Date of birth 12 Feb 1866. From this record you also learn that Maria Giulia Puccetti's father was Marco Puccetti.

Thank you, I was trying to read this as the death record of Pietro Paganucci, father of Francesco. This helps me narrrow the death of Pietro.
