Requesting two page birth translation for Giovanna. Believe it shows she was a foundling child.
Does it show any surname changes made ?? or any important information ?

Yes, she was a foundling, found in the wheel on Feb 25th. It seems that the Registrar did not give her a surname.
She didn't have any mark on her body. It is not said who she was given to for raising.
