Hello,
I am kindly asking if someone could please help me figure out If my family members listed below were naturalized in the US. If they were naturalized how would I go about getting a copy of their papers? Is there a website I can search for Chicago naturalization records? They all lived in Chicago since immigrating to the US.
Dante Ravetta - born:10 April 1854 in Novara,Italy ~ died: 3 April 1918 in Chicago. Arrived in the USA 1881
his wife Celestine Borzoni - born: 1860 in Novara,Italy ~ died: Dec 1934 in Chicago. Arrived in the USA 1881
Lina Motta - born: 30 July 1894 in Rome died: 24 Dec 1939 in Chicago. Arrived in the USA, Oct 1914
Rita Ravetta - born: 15 June 1856 in Novara,Italy ~ died: 30 July 1920. Arrived in the USA, Oct 1914
Many thanks for any help you can give
~ Emily

Re: Help Finding Naturalization Papers
According to the 1910 census, Dante Ravetta was a naturalized U.S. citizen.
I would first try to contact the Superior Court in Cook County, Illinois to see if they have a certified copy of the naturalization record.
