need help with translation

I would like help with the translation for Saverio Chiarappa. I can make out the fathers name which is Francesco and the mothers name which is Apollonia Vitto, but cannot make out the rest at all

Francesco Chiarappa, 40 yo, contadino (peasant/farmer), living in Conversano, reported that at 8 pm on 1 April 1889, in the house in Strada Forno? S. Cosmo, No 107, from Apollonia Vitto, daughter of deceased Saverio, 29 yo, casalinga (domestic duties), born and living in Conversano, his wife, living with him, was born a baby boy who he presented to the official and gave the name of Saverio Chiarappa.

Witnesses to the registration and presentation were Nicola Lamanna, 43 yo, muratore (mason/bricklayer) and Giovanni Marzo, 48 yo, muratore.
