Names on 1818 marriage record

Post by pricklypear »

Hi all, I'm having trouble reading a couple of the names on this marriage registration for Carlo Massaro and Teresa Montemurro (or is Montemauro?).

I can read Carlo's father's name and his death date, but I can't read his mother's name. It's something di Bona .... I also am not sure what it says after that in regards to her death?

Secondly, I can read the name of Teresa's father and his death date, but as for her mother? Felicia Piuscopi? I'm not sure if that's correct.

Here's the full record: http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it ... ewsIndex=0

Also, here's the pubblicazioni record for this marriage, and I still can't read it: http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it ... ewsIndex=0

Thanks to anyone who can help!
Researching the following:
From Basilicata: D'Amato, Caruso, Pinto, Montano, Logiodice, Bonadies
From Calabria: Natale, Cartisano, Valenzisi, Pentimalli, Minasi

Next page they've written it all out again (not sure why that is) in the publication records:

Carlo's mother's name looks something like Venerarda?

Thank you mmogno! Wow, that's really sad... that means they both died when Carlo was only 1 years old :( Wonder who looked after him! How awful.
