(The original record has already been translated for you. Basically, the death and birth records that you find amongst the processetti/allegati are just handwritten copies of the original, and are at times subject to clerical error, so it's always a good idea to locate the originals, and just use the extracts as a guide as to the year and "act number" of the respective event.)
