It's simply a notation by the clerk of the local judge noting that the register up to that point was filled out correctly. They appear every so often & have ZERO to do with act(s) on that page...

I completely disagree.

The note says that the guardianship on Michele, who was debarred (on the grounds of mental incapacity), ends. Probably because Michele passed away.
