Please help translate death record of Mercurio Mandala

Merry Christmas to everyone out there!

I am not familiar with these death records and would like some help translating. I think the right side of the page is the death record for Mercurio Mandala but the left side of the page has Francesco Mandala's name on it. I think that is for another death record but would like translation for both. Thanks so much. This is the link and it is on page 4.

The left side of the page is the death record for Giovanni Pirrello; Francesco Mandalà is a witness.
The right page is the death record for Mercurio Mandalà, 60 yo, day labourer. Death on Feb 5, 1828. Born and resident in Santa Cristina, son of Giuseppe and Calogera Mandalà, both deceased.
