Hello, could someone help translating this birth certificate. Giuseppe Passini, 1883, Montese.

Page #62
Entry #177
His WW1 draft card says he was born Oct. 13th 1884 in Montese, but the WW2 one says Oct. 13th 1883. On his draft WW1 card and ellis island he lists his close contact as Giuseppe Passini, which I'm assuming is his father. I was curious to also understand all the writing in the column. I wasn't seeing a name where I would usually see the mother.
Thank you!

Birth Certificate - Montese - Giuseppe Passini
Re: Birth Certificate - Montese - Giuseppe Passini
Record date: Oct 14th, 1883
Declarant (father): Giuseppe Passini, 27 yers old, peasant, living in Salto
Mother: "an unmarried woman, not related to the declarant in grades that would impede a recognition of the baby"
Child: Giuseppe Domenico Maria, born on day 13th, at 10pm, at 60, Salto (that must be a hamlet)
The side note states that the baby was legitimated by Giuseppe Passini and Domenica Venturi after their marriage, that took place on Sep 30th, 1888
Note that, at that time, a lot of people only were married at Church, but not for the State, as a sort of "resistance" against the lost of the temporal power of the Pope after the conquer of Rome by the Italian Kingdom. So, you often find babies declared as children of a known father, and an unknown mother.
