Image 1260: 1881 death record for her former husband Antonio Pennachia, age 35. I doubt there's any mention of cause or children but maybe someone else will translate it for you.

Knowing the surname you can now search for births to Antonio Pennachia and Maria Siena in that town around that time, say 1860 to 1882.

Or, find their marriage record and then search forward for births until about 1882 (in case she was pregnant when he died in 1881).
