Unknown Spouse

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if Lucia Cipollone in the link below was married twice. The first link below is her birth record, and there is a note on the side stating when she was married and there is a second statement for a second marriage 5 years later though it does not list the spouses name. The second link below is of her brother Andrea and he too has a marriage statement to the side of his birth record. The odd thing is that his does not list the spouse's name and is the same date and I believe the same record to his sister Lucia. Does this mean that they were married to one another?

In Lucia Cipollone's birth record there are two side notes. The first stating when she was married.The second stating she was legitimated by her parents per their marriage on September 15, 1921.

That makes more sense, thank you. Would the same apply then for Lucia's brother Andrea?

But in the birth acts the mother was indicated as wife and the father was 60 yo.
Perhaps there is some mistakes?

Are you doubting that a 60 year old man could father children with a younger wife?

I have a 3rd GGF who fathered a daughter (my 2nd GGM) at the age of 78, with his third wife who was age 40 when she gave birth.

He was 58, she was 20 on the day they were married. They had 6 children together. Although this is an extreme example, if an older man had the means, he was often still an attractive partner.

I was referring to another thing:
if the children were legitimated with the marriage of the parents, in the birth act should not appear the name of the same woman as "wife" of the father. Or I didn't read correctly?

As to the 60 yo (at the age of birth of a child), this means that he married after other 22 years (with a first marriage?) Seems unusual.
Perhaps it was not the first marriage.

Hi, yes this was Giuseppe Cipollone's second marriage. He had 9 children with his first wife, and nine children with his second wife. Sorry, how are you able to tell about the 22 year difference?

Andrea's birth is in 1899 and the marriage in 1921.
What seems incorrect is having indicated the mother as "wife".
