Husband of Domenica Tosello

Being listed as the husband of Domenica, would mean she is still alive in this record correct?

Their daughter Domenica Luigia Favatto's death certificate was translated in the below link, but listed the mother as Luigia Tosello, do you think that perhaps that Domenica Tosello is the same person? The translated record in the original post I can make out Gaetano Vanzo, which aligns that was the husband of their daughter Domenica.
