Deciphering some Latin names....

Post by stfrancis »

I have struggled with these given names for a while, so now I'm hoping someone with deep knowledge  of names can help determine what these are....

Sorry I dont have much else to go on yet, since I was only sent small clips

What looks like an "x" in the first name typically is an "r"
The long, high script at the end of the 2nd name is typically an "s"

It looks like something like Bircanta / Bricanto and maybe Allesandris /Albertis?!

Thanks

PS. I went through the translators and Latin-Italian-English names equivalents, but maybe missed some...

What kind of document and from which town?

In the first name it looks more like "t" than "d" to me. Compare the "t" in Albertus.

Thank you to both of you

I am surprised about Biscarda, since I did not see that name anywhere on the "internet"....is there a reference or translation of that name ?

Is there another letter "d" on the page you can compare with?
