Translation of a Bank Transfer between Italy & US

I need help translating into English what this bank document states. It has Agostino Mazzoli on it. My grandfather was Pasquale Mazzoli, from Narni, Italy. It may concern one of his brothers. Any help will be appreciated! Thank you, Jeanne

It seems it's the receipt for a parcel.
Of course, as the parcel was "assicurata", i.e. had it been lost, the sender would have received a refund, it might even have contained money.

I have heard how my grandmother would send money and gifts from her new home in Pennsylvania to her family in Narni, Italy.
