I’m currently searching Nusco for a friends family. How do you access a 10-year index. It would help rather than going year by year. Do all communes have them? On Antenati how are they listed once I search the registers for location, type, date? Any assistance appreciated.

No, only some communes have multi-year indexes. They will show up under whatever type of record you are searching for (births, deaths, marriages, etc). If there are none listed when you search, it means they were not scanned or never existed.
