Translation of Death Record: Erminia Masotti

Hello could someone help with the translation of this death record for my great-great grandmother Erminia Masotti : https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12 ... 59/5dVW88K

Another general question, the marriage record linked below (her name is spelled slightly differently), if I'm making it out correctly in her death record it says she was born in Zocca, but the marriage says Rosola. My end goal is to request her birth record from the diocese, so I believe I would direct them to the parish in Rosola?

Died 1 June 1921, housewife (massaia), 68yo, born in Zocca, to deceased Pietro and deceased Marianna Fiorini, wife of Albano Bonetti

Data on death records are often inaccurate. I would assume she was born in Rosola
