need help with the moms name

I'm trying to locate the mom's name on this birth record
I see Carmine D'Andrea I think it say's he's the father ?

The child would be
Vincenza D'Andrea 8 Nov 1887 forlì del sannio, Isernia , Molise, Italy

I've Been on the hunt for her birth document for a long time now
I found I believe this is her .
