Hello, I have this death record of my ancestor and I have had no luck translating it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This can't be an ancestor of yours (strictly speaking), as she was a baby. However:
Record date: Aug 6, 1882
Deceased: Carmela Melino, 20 days old, born and resident in Panni, daughter of Saverio and Maria La Rocca, both peasants living in Panni.
