Hello. I just found the birth record for one of my 1X great grandfathers, Pasquale BIONDI. I would appreciate translation assistance with the body of the record and the marginal notes.

I see Raffaele BIONDI as 36 years old and his wife Angela Rosa PORTO as 24 years old. They are my 2X great grandparents.

Do the marginal notes give the ages of Pasquale BIONDI and his wife Mariantonia GIANNOTTA at the time of their marriage? If not, I can calculate it, if you can make out the date? I had been told they were married about 22 January 1880, but am not sure of this.

What is the name of Raffaele's father? It looks like Benedetto.

Were all of these people born in and/or residents of Faicchio?

1) the ages and occupations of Raffaele BIONDI (36yo, farmer) and his wife Angela Rosa PORTO (28yo, no occupation given) (my 2X great grandparents) and Pasquale BIONDI and his wife Mariantonia GIANNOTTI (ages and occupation not given)

(2) the name of Raffaele's father deceased Benedetto

(3) the date and place that Pasquale BIONDI and Mariantonia GIANNOTTI married, and their ages at the time. Jan 12 1880, in Faicchio

(4) whether all of these people were born in and/or residents of Faicchio. yes

Thank you, Livio! The Antenati from Faicchio have really helped my research, since all of my father's family came from there. Just wish my mom and dad were still alive. They would have really enjoyed learning all that has been discovered. Again, thank you for your help, Livio. Buon Natale!

Buongiorno, io ho una fotografia di Mariantonia e Pasquale, che in dialetto si dice Pascale. La prossima volta che vado a Faicchio la fotografo con l i phone e posso mandartela. Mariantonia era la mamma di mio nonno Raffaele nato nel 1909. I nomi sono, per consuetudine, sempre gli stessi! I fratelli maggiori (nati fine 800 ) di mio nonno erano andati in America quando lui stava per nascere. Mio nonno è venuto in America e si sono conosciuti per la prima volta negli anni 70.
