We are currently in the process of inheriting my father's property, and I'd want to receive some clarification on a few topics. I'm having problems understanding two items in the Visura Rendita Catastale document.
To begin, under the "Current Registration of the Property" section, it mentions my father's name and includes a remark under "Reservations" that indicates "lack of legal documents justifying one or more intermediate steps". Could someone kindly explain what this means and what types of legal documents are missing?
Second, I'm not clear what "social housing" means in this paper. The property is a single-family residence, not a communal or shared living area. Can someone shed light on what this designation could be referring to?
Specifically, I am looking at two points:
* A/4: Social Housing.
* Excluding "surfaces of balconies, terraces, and appurtenant and accessory uncovered areas, communicating or non-communicating" (as per Provision of the Director of the Revenue Agency dated March 29, 2013).
Any help or clarification would be highly appreciated.

Re: Seeking clarification on property inheritance documents.
Hello,
A4 is just a category to classify properties.
It's not referred to a public property.
It just means it's cheaper than others (the highest is A1) but it's good, as you will pay less taxes.
It doesn't limit what you can do with it.
