Hi Lucie

A very delayed welcome to forum. I hope the following helps.

I am understanding that the letter is written to Lucia and that the writer is Giancarlo Mischi.

He (Giancarlo) begins by saying that he has other things that he can tell Lucia which he would like her to share with her (Lucia’s) mother:

He, Giancarlo, became a widower a year ago because his wife, Maria died.

He, Giancarlo, then says that the wife of Lucia’s dad’s cousin, Aldo, also died.

He comments that Lucia’s mum knew these people and therefore would remember them.

He then says that there is no other things of importance (to share) and ends by wishing Lucia a Good Year, and hopes that everyone is well and says that it is with great pleasure that he has taken this opportunity to also greet you on behalf of his brother Attilio and mother Ida.

He sends many warm greetings from Giancarlo – Attilio – Zia Ida

Address:
Giancarlo Mischi
Via Goito 4/2 Eremo
Curtatone – Mantova
Italia

You’ve got some really good records online here for the Province of Mantova: https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/archive/?archivio=183
