1906 birth act #234 - altavilla irpina - side note.
the handwriting is a bit of a challenge for me. i cannot read the words on the line below 'guerra nazionale'. maybe the first word is communcazione??

any help is greatly appreciated.

The word seems “ministero” followed by the date and the number of the comunicazione.
