Could I please have a translation for the names, places and side notes in this birth record for Giuseppe Paolino Francesco Massmino Maresciallo. I am hoping this is a child of Maddalena Olmeo but I can not read the mother's surname. Thank you for any assistance.

On the act it’s written Olmedo Maddalena but the side note says that, in 1892, the mother’s surname was rectified in Olmeo.
