Accessing orphanage records

Hi,

Recently found out thanks to the wonderful help of people on here that my ancestor I am currently researching was a foundling called Alfredo Perini born in Licenza in 1902-03 and then entrusted to the care of the Orphanage of Santo Spirito in Sassia in Roma. I was just wondering if someone could explain to me how I go about contacting the relevant orphanage for possible historic records on my ancestor and which forms to use as there seems to be a couple on the website?. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
