Termini Immerse--BOVA-Guiliano|BOVA-Diblasi|Guiliano-Spicuzza|Spicuzza-Russo
looking for information on my maternal grandfather Michael Bova from Termini Immerse. Michael canme to the USA from Genoa to NY/USA via SS Aller 04.20.1899.
Michael's parents are Franceso Paulo Bova and Antonia Guiliano. They had 4 children; Caldedonio, Michele, Santina and Rosina. Calcedonio, Michele and Rosina all came to the USA and Santina(my mother is named after) remained in Italy and married a man with the last name Demma. My grandfather sent money from the USA to his parents in Taly his whole life while in the USA and his family in Termini donated a large sum to their neighborhood church in Termini Immersse where his name is inscribed on the main altar. The name is Chiesa San Francesco Saverio. I visited there in 1980 but was not able to do any research then.
1. So the mystery remains with my maternal grandfathers Michele Bova family tree I have very limited information and this is what I have been able to piece together but do not have dates, cities, siblings, etc... I would be very interested in finding any/all information I can and if there are any living family in Termini Immerse, Sicily, Italy,etc..
2. My grandfathers paternal grandparents are: Calcedonio Bova married to Rosa Diblasi
3. My grandfathers maternal grandparents are: Michele Guilano married to Santina Spicuzza
4. My grandfathers maternal great grandparents are Guiseppe Spicuzza married to Mattea Russo.
5.y grandfathers sister who remained in Termini Immerse, Santina married "Demma", dont know where, when, children occupation, dates, etc
Again, looking for any/all information on 1-5 above. Many many thanks in advance!

Are you sure about Michele's parents?
I found their ship manifest in 1889:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... 04&lang=it
where his wife's name is Maria Agostina Catalano.
And here is the marriage of Michele Bova and Maria Agostina Catalano on Sep 23, 1887:
https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12 ... 26/57Mbyxn
where his parents are mentioned as Michele and Giuseppa Mantia.

Michael’s parents are definitely Francesco and Antonia Guiliano. Maybe the Michele you are referencing is possibly Francesco’s brother/cousin???
Michele’s parents never came to USA.

If the ship manifest that Pippo posted is not the correct one then can you show us the right one?
Also what’s the name of your Michele’s wife?

Is that the age of his parents when they gave birth?
Any other info on Santa Bova, Michele’s sister. I believe she married a man w last name Demma.
Did Francesco and Antonine have any sibling? Their parents??

Francesco Paolo, 52yo and Antonina 28yo, got married on 12 January 1875.
Antonina was a widow. Francesco’s state is not mentioned on this act.
Their ages don’t really match with those on Michele’s birth act, especially Antonina’s, but that happens quite often.
Of their parents only Antonina’s mother was alive at that time.

Anyway these are their marriage supplements:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... SD&lang=en
Francesco was born on 2 January 1823
Antonina was born on 19 November 1846
You’ll find their births in the supplements together with the death of Antonina’s first husband, Antonino Artese who died on 17 March 1872.
Francesco Paolo was not previously married, as stated in the pubblicazioni.
