Help with line on a military record

Post by deigo1 »

Hoping someone can help with the defining the 2 sentences on my grandfather's military record dated on November 1915 (towards the bottom). Using AI it says those lines say he was wounded in war and it was documented, I'm having trouble making out the words to match that.

This may make sense as the postcard we think from his brother was addressed to the WW1 hospital in Genova in 1916.

Farassino had mentioned in that post it was likely to a wounded solider...which if that line says that it could all now make sense as to why it was with my grandfathers things. The post with the postcard...

Thank you!

No, it doesn't say anything about being wounded.
The typed line says that he was called to arms, and was assigned to the 62nd Infantry Regiment.
Following line (Nov 23, 1915) says that he was moved to the 83rd Regiment
Then (same date) that he arrived in an area declared as "war zone"
