The record are registrations into the Italian birth register, so done to keep them the Italian citizenship, because both of them were born in the USA.

Both records were registered on April 22, 1912, even the sisters were born years before.

The first record states that Anna Enrichetta Cardoni, born on July 22nd, 1910 from Cesare and Carmela Meletti, living in Gubbio, Perugia Province, Italy, was baptized on November 20th, 1910 by Reverend Clemente Cavalletti, parish priest for Italians in the church of St. Mary of the Assumption in Jessup, Pennsylvania.
Godparents were Polidoro Meletti and Carolina Laboranti.

The second record states that Emma Gina Cardoni, born on October 31st, 1908 from Cesare and Carmela Meletti, was baptized on February 14th, 1909 by Reverend Clemente Cavalletti, parish priest for Italians living in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, USA.
Godparents were Domenico Scalamonti and Clementina Becchetti.
