Antenati record viewer seems borked

I received a json error, no images populated. I sent a note via the contact form, copying all the error info. Then I double checked in a different browser, and I received a popup:

A causa di malfunzionamenti e delle conseguenti verifiche ed azioni tecniche messe in atto, il funzionamento del Portale Antenati ha subito e potrà subire, anche nei prossimi giorni, rallentamenti nella fruizione degli oggetti digitali.

Stiamo monitorando e lavorando affinché tutto possa risolversi.

Ci scusiamo per il disagio.

So, they are aware.

It's basically the weekend, so I would not be surprised if it wasn't fixed until next week. (Unless it's an easy fix -- unplug, kick something, swear, reboot.)

Yes, it seems like it's a big issue. Too bad they can't provide any updates other than a vague "nei prossimi giorni." It's almost a week now, so that seems pretty serious.

Unfortunately, still down. No response from sending a notice via the 'contatti' form other than an automated reply. I begin to wonder if they are doing anything at all.
