Top one is a death notice; lower a birth notice.

What is the name of the top certificate? Bottom one is Nunziata Merendino but top one is harder to read.

Hi mmongo,
Thanks so much for the translation and explaination. Made a world of difference because i wasnt sure if Mariano was a male or female because there was also a sister Maria.

Much appreciated.
