The document is a medal of honor award.
Nicola Bozza was awarded to bear the Commemorative Medal of the Italo-Turkish war: it was stated by the Royal Decree of November 21st, 1912 that he was allowed to bear the Commemorative Medal of the Italo-Turkish war.
