Looking for info on Carlo Buono in Pignola Potenza

I'm trying to find information on my Grandfather's Brother. His name was Carlo Buono, Born Dec. 12, 1882 in Pignola, Potenza Basilicata.
He married Lucia Petraglia Feb. 16, 1902, She died on Sept. 11, 1903. that is all I know of him. I would like to know if he had any children, remarried, moved away, or when and where he died.
any help would be greatly appreciated as this is the last missing piece in my family history.

Both born on 12 December 1882, few minutes apart from each other.
Same address via Fontana 16.
One is the son of Michele and the other of Paolo.
Acts #158 and #160.

Could it have been related to a possible pregnancy?
