Facebook Identifying Family

When you click on your name in Facebook, there is a new feature titled "Personal Details". Under Personal Details, there is a section titled "Family". When I click on that 4 of the 42 names listed have the same surname as my grandfather, Evangelista Lorusso who was born in Altamura on September 18, 1900. The other names are both family and Facebook friends that I know. Those 4 Lorusso names (Stefano, Marina, Giusy, and Roberto) also have that same surname and are from Altamura. Facebook does not explain how they came to the conclusion that these Lorusso people are my family. I contacted the four of them through Facebook messaging, but they do not know how we are related either. They are a lot younger then me, so that their grandparents were born many years later than my grandparents. I suspect that my grandfather's brother, Domenico Lorusso, who was married twice, but I have found no children as there are no Altamura records for the years that they likely may have been born, may be the link to them. Domenico's records show that he was born in Altamura on August 10, 1886 and died there on December 5, 1995. He married Perna Nuzzolese on September 14, 1912 in Altamura and later married Laura Miglionico on December 29, 1928, also in Altamura. Again, I can find no children born from these marriages due to lack of available records. My grandfather's other two brothers also married, but their children died young. Their two sisters died in childhood. My grandfather was the only one who emigrated to America. The parents of my grandfather and his brothers and sisters were Michele Lorusso (1858-1905) and Teresa Ninivaggi (1858-1935). Can anyone help find information that may help?
